A Great Vacation Spot for Surfing, Boating, Sightseeing and So Much More in Indialantic & Melbourne, Florida

Indialantic, Florida is a small, quaint town between the intracoastal waterway (Indian River Lagoon) and the Atlantic Ocean. Indialantic and the Melbourne Area is famous for surfing, and the large amount of sea turtle nesting, and surf fishing. On the opposite end of the boardwalk you can rent – bikes, surfboards, body boards, etc. Many restaurants, diners, hair salons, surf shops and coffee shops are all within walking distance (2 blocks). Two miles away, over the bridge, is the historic downtown Melbourne, great restaurants, gift shops, antiques, fine boutiques, fine wine shops, coffee shops and a wonderful small theater (The Phoenix), and the Henegar Center.

If you love boating you can rent boats or jet skis to explore the tiny islands and their sandy beaches in the intracoastal waterway (Indian River Lagoon). You’ll be sure to see a lot of marine life (dolphin, manatee, fish, conch shells, etc.) There are also restaurants and bars on the water that you can get to by boat.


The Sebastian Inlet is 20 min.

Rent bikes, Paddleboards , and surf boards all within walking distance.

Boat,  jet ski rentals  and fishing charters (15 min.)

Kennedy Space Center (45 min.)

Orlando, Disney, theme parks ( 1 1/2 hr.)


Orlando Airport is 1 hour.
Melbourne Airport is 15 minutes away.
